Every piece. Every collector. Every dollar. One place.

You didn't become an artist to do paperwork. ArtistOS keeps track of the business side for you: what you've made, what's out on consignment, who bought what, and who still owes you, from the studio all the way to paid. Free to start, no cut of your sales.

Most artists run a real business out of a notes app

A spreadsheet you stopped updating, collectors scattered across DMs, a payment you're too polite to chase, a contract copied off the internet. The software out there is made for galleries with staff or for marketplaces that keep the buyer. ArtistOS is for the one person doing all of it.

What is ArtistOS?

ArtistOS is the back office for working visual artists: one place to keep track of every piece, every collector and every payment. It covers artwork inventory and consignments, private viewing rooms, sales, commission and consignment agreements, invoices collectors pay by card, certificates of authenticity, a collector list, an artist website and CV, and first drafts of descriptions, bios and price checks. On the Studio plan it adds a grant and residency finder.

How much does ArtistOS cost?

Starter is free forever for up to 25 artworks. Pro is $29 per month or $290 per year with a 14-day free trial. Studio is $120 per month or $1,200 per year. Students with a .edu email get 50% off Pro.

Does ArtistOS take a commission on art sales?

No. Collectors pay invoices through your own Stripe account, and ArtistOS does not take a percentage of your sales.

Who makes ArtistOS?

ArtistOS was founded in New Orleans by Larry Jones after months of studio visits with working artists between New Orleans and New York.
